Do your Murano Deco Favors come from Murano, Italy?
 |
No, These are Murano Replica's. Each piece is handcrafted using many of the same techiques used by the original artisans. Please note that variations are normal, as each item is handmade.

How do I place an order?
 |
You can place an order online, we accept Mastercard and Visa. If you prefer to place an order via phone, you can call us from 9:00am to 7:30pm EST at (631) 277-4471.

Is my order secure?
I do not see https:// and/or the security icon in the bottom of the browser.

Yes. Although, the first page of the order process will not secure because there is no sensitive information collection on our product description and pricing page, the second page and thereafter is secure. After placing items in your cart and clicking on the `Go to Payments' button, a security alert will be displayed stating `You are about to view pages over a secure connection'. You will then see the 's' added to the http:// to create a URL that starts with https://.
If for any reason, you are not comfortable ordering online with a credit card, you are welcomed to order by telephone. You may call us to place an order from 9am to 7:30pm Eastern Standard Time at (631) 277-4471.

Is there a minimum order?
 |
YES. You must meet the minimum quantity per item, as listed in the item detail. If you place an order for a quantity that is lower than the minimum quantity for that item, we will email you with an error notice, and cancel your order. Please note that minimum quantities are per item, not per order, nor per customer. If your order has not shipped yet, we will do our best to change your order should you need additional pieces. However, once your order has been shipped, any additional pieces ordered is considered a new order, thus subject to the minimum quantity.

Do you ship internationally?

We only ship within the Continental United States, provided that the ship to address is serviced by UPS. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.

When will my order be shipped?
 |
Orders are shipped within 2 to 5 business days of receiving your order. (Most are shipped within 3 business days) If an item is out of stock, we will contact you and inform you of the return to stock date, prior to placing your order.

How will my order be shipped and when will I receive my order?
 |
We ship UPS and on occasion we will ship Fed Ex. Shipping time in transit is usually 1-5 business days in addition to processing time. We will email you with the tracking information, as soon as the order is shipped. Please note that UPS or Fed-ex may require a signature for delivery of your order.
Do you have a retail location?
For the most part, we are an online store. However, we do have a few display cases located inside 'New Idea's Photography', where you can view samples of many of the items we sell by Appointment Only. We understand that many customers like to see the actual product, rather than looking at pictures online. However, in an effect to keep overhead down and be price competitive, we do not carry an inventory.., thus you can not cash and carry your order in person. Should you wish to make an appointment you may call us at (631) 277-4471. Appointments are made between the hours of 11:00 am and 4:20 pm Mondays - Fridays. 'New Ideas Photography' is located at 91-D Moffitt Blvd, Bay Shore, NY 11706.

If I pick up my order at New Ideas Photography, do I have to pay shipping charges?
Yes. We do not carry an inventory, thus we are able to keep our prices low. For this reason, every order is a special order, thus shipping charges still apply.

What is your return policy?
 |
If you need to return merchandise, we will take back the merchandise up to 5 days from the date you received your order. You must call us for both instructions where to ship them back to and also for a return authorization prior to shipping the merchandise back. We will not accept any returns without a return authorization. The merchandise must be unused and in its original condition and packaging, so that we can put it back into stock. We will refund for the value of the merchandise only, less a 20% restocking fee. Freight charges are not refundable. In addition, you are responsible for the shipping charges to return the favors, and the shipping method must be trackable. Please note that we return full quantities only. We do not accept returns for individual pieces due to over ordering.
NOTE: Items ON SALE are not returnable.
Damages:
Upon receipt of you order you must inspect the order and report any damages within 24 hours. Shipments damaged during transit must be claimed with the freight carrier directly. All shipping packaging must be kept and you are responsible to call the carrier directly to inspect the damage and file your claim.
* Please note that inconsistencies with Murano Style Favors are inevidiable as the items are all handmade. We do not consider these variables to be a damage or defect. No two favors are alike. Should you decide to return the favors due to 'undesirable or unpleasing to your eyes', we will take back the merchandise up to 5 days from the date your recieve it. You must call us for instructions and return authorization prior to shipping the merchandise back to us. We will not accept returns without a return authorization. ** Although we try to pack each item carefully for shipping, some occasional damage is inevitable. We will issue credit or send you replacements, but please allow enough time to receive the replacements via UPS ground service. We cannot be responsible for any air charges necessary to get you the replacements in time for your affair. We assume no legal responsibilties for situations that may arise out of our control.

Can I cancel my order?
 |
You may cancel your order at anytime, as long as it has not been shipped. Any cancelled orders will be subject to 4% cancellation charge due to transaction fees we incur after your credit card is processed. Please pay attention to minimum order quantities, as this will result in a 4% charge if your order is cancelled.
Any order already shipped can not be cancelled. If Customer requests a cancellation after the order has been shipped and refuses the package, the case will fall under the Return Policy and shipping and restocking charges will apply.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Mastercard & Visa. All dollars are payable in US Dollars. We are not responsible for charges incurred by your credit card company to convert the funds to US Dollars.

Do you charge Sales Tax?
 |
We charge sales tax to any ship to address in New York State only. All other ship to addresses are exempt from NY Sales tax. Please note that in NYS, shipping charges are taxable.

Price Changes?
 |
In the event of a price change, the price in effect at time you place your order will prevail. Please note that we do not price match.

Other Important Information
Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. *** We reserve the right to refuse and/or cancel any order for any reason*** Should this happen, we will email you with a cancellation notice.
** It is your responsibility to provide a valid phone number and email address when placing your order. We can not be responsible for 'full mailboxes' and 'full voice mails' etc.
